Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

This painting strips away the saturated colors and allows the viewer to walk in her paws for a moment or two. This is second in a series of Zen Puppy Paw Print Paintings.
AS Galbraith is a contemplative artist working primarily in hand embroidery, but also has worked with watercolor, acrylic inks and acrylics. He is also a Zen Buddhist monk, (dharma name: Ven. Myohye Do'an) and besides creating art, he is the guiding teacher for Lotus Heart Zen. The purchase here help support his ability to create art and teach. His work explores myth and the natural world. The process of making art, regardless of the medium, is a spiritual practice, and contemplative discipline.
